Name: Liberty Choiniere
Title: Assistant Supervisor

Liberty Choiniere
  1. Where are you originally from?
    Springfield, OH
  2. What is your favorite childhood memory?
My dad taking me and my brother hunting and fishing
  3. What jobs have you had before coming to CU?
    Daycare/Preschool Teacher for 15 years
  4. How long have you worked at CU and what brought you here?
I've worked here for 2 1/2 years. Other family members enjoyed working here so I decided to come to work here too.
  5. What do you like most about your job?
I'm challenged spiritually and personally here at Cedarville. I love being able to serve in a position less desired. It's encouraging to see the custodial staff becoming stronger and more dedicated.
  6. What advice would you give a new staff member here at CU?
Keep your head up. Be confident in your work and always be willing to learn new things. Remember that Satan is everywhere - even on a Christian campus. Lean on Jesus.
  7. I am most passionate about...
My family! I love spending time with them. My husband is David. We have two boys. Logan is 8 years old and Austin is 6 years old. They are active boys - they're into wrestling at the moment. I really enjoy creating activities so that we can make memories together. I am passionate about my boys!
  8. Where do you go on vacation and what do you do to relax?
We do a lot of mini vacations to a local zoo, parks, and resorts or we go to visit my husband's family in Massachusetts.
  9. Who is the person you most admire?
I admire my dad so much. He's human, real, strong, God-fearing, creative, determined, and loving. He loves my mom through all circumstances. She has been ill for a long time.
  10. What is your favorite Bible verse
Matthew 5:3 - Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of Heaven. It means to me, bigger are the blessings when you are at the bottom - less of me means more of God. When we humble ourselves we can focus more of our attention on God and on the needs of others.
  11. Some Favorites:

Book - The Left Behind Series
TV Show - I love the TLC channel
Music (Group) - Point of Grace
Food - Veggies (especially green ones!).
