What is your favorite Bible passage ... and why? Phil. 3:12 is my favorite Bible passage because it encourages me to press on no matter what circumstances I'm in.
How many years have you worked at Cedarville University and what keeps you here? This fall I'll complete my 13th year at Cedarville. The satisfaction I receive from working with conferences and events and my love for the staff I work with keeps me here.
Are you a "night owl" or an "early bird"? I'm definitely a night owl - I'm most productive in the late afternoon and evening. Yet, 35 years ago I married an early bird. What was I thinking?
What is the silliest question you've ever been asked on the job? During one of the youth camps this summer, not one, but several students asked, "where's your pool?"
What is your life's passion outside of work ... or share how you fill your leisure time? When not working I enjoy reading, biking, walking, and swimming.
What is the craziest (printable) thing you've ever done? One weekend when Elmer (husband) was out of town, I stayed up all night to finish reading a novel. At 6am I dared not fall asleep for fear my children and I would miss church.
Do you have a "pet peeve?" I'm impatient with long voice mail messages especially those that communicate the obvious like "... I'm either on the phone or away from my desk..."
Anything else you'd like to share with the other staff members of Cedarville? I enjoy watching professional baseball games with Elmer.
