Rides

The Information Center in the Stevens Student Center coordinates rides for students to and from area airports or bus stations. Shuttles are University vehicles with approved Cedarville student or staff drivers. For other ride options, including sharing a ride home, visit CU Classifieds.

Arranging for a Cedarville Shuttle to the Airport or Bus Station

• Finalize your travel arrangements, including arrival or departure date and time, airport location, and flight number. When making flight arrangements, allow ample time for smooth and safe connections.
• Complete shuttle request forms at the Information Center at least 14 days in advance of your travel. Requests for Christmas break should be made before Thanksgiving. Late requests will be considered only on a space-available basis.
• Full payment is required when the shuttle reservation is made. No refunds are given after the shuttle schedule has been confirmed.

  • Dayton Bus Station: $35.00 Individual
  • Springfield Bus Station: $25.00 Individual
• The Information Center cannot guarantee transportation and may have to make schedule adjustments due to driver availability and/or weather conditions.
• Students who fail to cancel rides when plans change may still be billed.
