Curriculum Materials Center Librarian
Biography - Greg taught in the Xenia Community Schools for thirty years, first as a music teacher and later as a librarian, and retired to accept his present position as Curriculum Materials Center Librarian at Cedarville University in the Fall of 2002. As CMC Librarian, Greg is responsible for developing and maintaining the collection of content-area curriculum sets, teaching aids, trade books that might be found in a K-12 school library setting, and Christian education resources. He is active in music in the Dayton area, serving as the organist at his church and singing in the Bach Society of Dayton with his wife, Debbie. Greg and his wife also sang in Coventry Green, an eight-voice a cappella ensemble, from 1999 until the group disbanded in 2005. He decided to learn to play the Great Highland Bagpipes in 1994, and now plays with the Miami Valley Pipes and Drums, where he also serves as a tutor for beginning pipers. He enjoys reviewing children's and young adult literature for Library Media Connection magazine.
