Admissions and Events Coordinator, School of Pharmacy, Academic Division
This is a full-time, twelve-month, exempt position with the purpose of managing the admissions process for undergraduate and graduate candidates for admission to the School of Pharmacy. This position will also assist with the development and implementation of a marketing program for the school and coordinate special events for the students, faculty and staff, advisory council, and external supporters. Responsibilities include establishing, documenting, and implementing undergraduate and graduate admissions policies, processes, and events, composing text for marketing and admissions materials, counseling prospective and incoming students, and coordinating logistics for events. Qualified applicant must have a Bachelor’s Degree. At least three years experience in higher education admissions is preferred. Applicant must be capable of coordinating and scheduling events with minimal direction, possess excellent writing skills, demonstrate and communicate enthusiasm toward the University and Pharmacy program, and utilize computer technology. Computer Network Supervisor and Technician, CDR Radio Network - Advancement Division
This is a full-time, exempt position that reports to the Chief Engineer. The purpose of this position is to support the computer operations of the CDR radio Network, and to assist the Chief Engineer in maintaining the broadcast facilities, equipment, and technical operation. Essential functions of this position include assisting in the maintainence of broadcast facilities, research and recommendation of means to improve computer and technical operations, and understanding and assisting in the responsibilities of the Chief Operator. Qualified applicant must have demonstrated knowledge of computer networking systems, ability to configure computer hardware and software for broadcast applications, board level diagnostic skills for radio frequency, analog and digital audio control and circuitry. Physical requirements include keen auditory and visual senses, ability to efficiently and skillfully use instruments, maneuver among equipment at Network sites, ability to travel to network sites and maintain a valid Ohio driver’s license. Data Processor, Advancement Services, Advancement Division
This is a full-time, twelve-month, non-exempt position that reports to the Director of Advancement Services. The purpose of this position is to maintain the database of the Advancement Division, to learn the database and interact regularly with division staff, Computer Services, and others on campus involved in data management. Duties of this position include updating records contact records to be utilized by the President and Chancellor’s office, assisting in Divisional mailings and events, and processing confidential information. Qualified applicant must have at least two years of college or comparable amount of related experience, exceptional typing and word processing skills, possess exceptional problem solving and interpersonal skills, and have exceptional attention to detail. Physical requirements include ability to operate a computer and to sit for long periods of time, make repetitive motions, and use and converse via telephone, and lift objects up to 35 pounds on occasion.
