Director of Accounting Services • Finance Division

This is a full-time, twelve-month, exempt position that reports to the Vice President for Finance. The purpose of this position is to oversee the day to day accounting of the institution. The duties of this position include the development and maintenance of systems necessary to assure proper recording of information, accuracy of projections, and integrity of financial reports; recommending and maintaining appropriate fiscal policies and internal controls; and overseeing the annual auditing process. Qualified applicant must possess a BA or BS in Accounting; CPA preferred; have at least five years experience in a related field, preferably in higher education or non-profit entity; possess excellent organizational skills; must pay acute attention to detail; be able to understand complex financial transactions and systems; and be able to manage multiple financial projects simultaneously. Physical requirements include ability to operate a computer; work independently with a clear understanding of priorities, deadlines, and goals; maintain confidentiality; and receive and express detailed information through oral and written communication. Director of Admissions • Enrollment Management and Marketing Division

This is a full-time, twelve-month, exempt position that reports to the Vice President for Enrollment Management and Marketing. The purpose of this position is to provide strategic leadership and vision for undergraduate recruitment and admissions to achieve the University’s new student enrollment goals. Essential functions include leading, training, and motivating a successful counseling team; representing the University at recruitment-related functions; developing and implementing an effective print, digital, and phone communication plan that builds relationships and encourages action; and conducting research to evaluate programs, policies, and procedures to maintain an understanding of the student recruitment market. Qualified applicant must possess a bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred) in a relevant field and at least five years admissions and/or marketing experience in higher education; must be a strong team leader who encourages interaction and communication; must possess strong management skills and the ability to achieve goals; and must show demonstrated commitment to and understanding of Christ-centered higher education. Physical requirements include ability to operate a computer; receive and express detailed information through oral and written communication; and operate and drive a vehicle.
