Thanks for your interest in CedarMania! CedarMania is an overnight event designed to challenge junior high students spiritually, provide them with fun activities, and acquaint them with Cedarville University.
Who?
Your Junior High Student Youth Groups (Grades 6-9)
What?
A high energy, action-packed, all-night event featuring a challenging speaker, worship led by Cedarville's youth ministry team East to West, small groups lead by Cedarville students, crazy games, exciting competitions inflatable supergames, and much more!
When?
Overnight March 12, 2010 through March 13, 2010
Where?
Cedarville University, Cedarville, Ohio (Directions to campus)
Cost?
$25 per person includes a pizza party, late-night snack, breakfast and all activities. Add $10 for a long-sleeve Cedar Mania t-shirt.
Registration?
Collect the $25 registration fee from each student and sponsor. Add $10 for each CedarMania long-sleeved T-shirt. The deadline for registration is Thursday, March 4, 2010. Register online or by phone at 1-877-CEDARVILLE (233-2784).
Your registration cannot be confirmed until your credit card information is processed or payment is received in the mail. We are unable to refund registrations after March 4, 2010. Late registration requests will be subject to additional charges.
** A registration deadline is essential to prepare appropriate amounts of food, supplies, and volunteer group leaders for event attendees. Follow this deadline to make your Cedarville experience the best one possible!
Exchanges/Changes to Registration
Please do not re-register when wanting to exchange or change your registration. All changes must be submitted by email or by phone at 1-877-CEDARVILLE (233-2784). Please include name of registrant, organization name, contact information and your desired changes. We will be happy to help in any way that we are able.
Medical Release Form: Bring medical release forms signed by a parent or guardian (Print Medical Release Form) for each student that comes to CedarMania. The Cedarville University medical release form is required for a student to participate in the event activities. These will be collected at registration.
What to Wear?
Students should wear comfortable gym clothes and shoes. Locker rooms will not be available for changing!
What to Bring?
Good attitude, Open Heart to the Lord, Bible – Otherwise, please ask students to bring as little as possible! There is no space available on campus to store personal belongings. Because we won’t sleep, sleeping bags are not necessary.
Youth Sponsors?
At least one youth sponsor from your church should plan to stay with your students from 8:00 p.m. through midnight on Friday evening. You will be able to meet the University’s student counselors assigned to your group, enjoy the initial welcome activities, and attend the praise & challenge session.
After the session, sponsors are welcome to:
- Stay through the night, and enjoy the rest of the activities with the students. The lower level of the Stevens Student Center will be available for sponsors to enjoy coffee, fellowship with other youth leaders, or catch a few winks on a couch.

- Make arrangements to stay in a local hotel. Please refer to the Area Accommodations for reservation and pricing information.
All sponsors who leave for the night must sign-out at the Stevens Student Center so that we may contact you in case of an emergency involving one of your students. Plan to return to the Stevens Student Center by 5:30 a.m. to enjoy breakfast and pick up your students!
