Conference Information
What is the dress code?
Business Casual. With so many interpretations of this, know that there will be people in jeans, shorts, khakis, polos, skirts, etc. Whatever the summer dress is in your office will be fine. We want to you to come, feel comfortable and enjoy!
What should I wear for the opening session and banquet?
Professional business attire is recommended. For example, men should wear dress pants with a shirt and tie and women should wear dress pants or a skirt with a nice blouse.
What do I pack?
- Business Casual for sessions
- Athletic clothes/shoes for NACCAP Games, 5K, Basketball Tourney, Golf, etc.
- Professional business attire for the opening session and banquet
- Camera
- Toiletries (shampoo, soap, etc)
- Sunglasses
- Sunscreen

Will hangers be provided in my room?
No, but there is closet and dresser space.
Can I pay by Credit Card?
Yes. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

Is there wireless on the campus? In the dorms?
Yes. You will be given instructions in your conference notebook, but you can also visit our website for more information.
Will I need a username and password to access your network?
We will be providing all conference attendees a username and password so that you can access our network. You will receive this username and password at registration.
Are there other computers on campus where I can check my e-mail?
Yes. There will be a computer lab available. Also each dorm room has a computer in it.
Is there a coffee shop nearby?
Yes. We have a coffee shop on campus called rinnova. They are committed to serving you quality coffee and specialty drinks at a reasonable price. They are located on the first floor of the Stevens Student Center right outside the HIVE. There are also two local coffee shops located on Main Street in Cedarville - Beans and Cream and Stoney Creek Roasters.

Will I be able to do laundry? How much? Will soap be available?
Each dorm has laundry services. It will cost $1.25 for the washers and $0.75 for the dryers. There is no soap available on campus. We do have a convenience store right across from the University where you can purchase soap.
Will there be irons available?
No.
Will there be a phone available in my room for use on/off campus?
No. Phones can be found in our lounges for on and off campus calls.
Are the rooms air conditioned?
Yes.
Are the rooms suite style or community floor?
We have both styles with each style sharing community floor bathrooms.

Dayton International Airport is located 40 minutes from campus

Will there be a shuttle service?
No, we will not be offering shuttle service.
I am a vegetarian. Will there be things I can eat?
Yes. You can indicate this on your registration form. We have an extensive menu that you can choose from.

When/Where do I check in?
Early arrivals can check in on Monday, June 1 from 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Regular registration is on Tuesday, June 2 from 12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. There will be signs to direct you to the Stevens Student Center where you will register.
Do I need a parking pass?
No.
What linens will be provided?
Towels, washcloths, mattress sheet, cover sheet, blanket and pillow (part of the conference fee). The pillow and blanket will be yours to keep if you would like. Those left behind will be donated to a local shelter.

Can I have a single room? How much will it be?
Yes. There will be an additional $100 fee for the conference.

What is included in my conference cost?
Housing, meals (on campus, including banquet), sessions, on campus events (all off campus events will be attendees responsibility), blanket, pillow, linens, and conference notebook.
Will there be NACCAP games? What will they be like? Will there be an alternate to the Games?
The NACCAP games are guaranteed to be exciting and downright fun! Teams will be challenged to use their mental and physical strength, creativity, and admissions expertise to successfully complete the events. As expected, prizes will be given to the winning teams! Register to join in on the action Wednesday, June 3 at 7:30 p.m.
What is Club NACCAP?
Calling all actors, actresses, and wanna-be's! This year's Club NACCAP needs you! "Skit in a Bag" is the theme, and creativity is the scheme. Sign your team up at the check-in table, pick out a bag, and create a short skit using the props included. Prizes will be awarded to the best teams! The show-down will take place on Thursday, June 4 at 8:30 p.m. If you wish to submit a video to be shown during Club NACCAP, please click here. All videos must be submitted by May 29 in order to be considered.

Is there a fitness center available? What is included? Is there a fee?
Yes, there is a fitness center available. We have treadmills, bikes, elliptical machines, and nautilus equipment. Our climbing wall will also be available, but a waiver must be filled out before participating.
Will there be a golf outing? Are clubs provided? Is it a walking course or are there carts? Is there a golf tournament?
