Donna Purple Memorial Award in Education

Established in 2001 by the friends and family of Donna Purple, this endowed scholarship was created to honor her memory and to assist full time junior or senior education students, preferably middle education students, with a 3.3 GPA or above. Preference will be given to students who demonstrate financial need and who are struggling with or who have overcome severe illness. Candidates should submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) if interested in this scholarship. The school of education faculty, in consultation with the director of financial aid, selects the students.
