Heritage Baptist Church Scholarship
Daniel '80 and Julie Green '81 established this scholarhip in 1997 to assist student members of Heritage Baptist Church in Lakeland, Florida Recipients must submit a pastoral recommendation and a paper by July 1 each year detailing their spiritual goals for the coming year. Consideration given with pastoral recommendation to Lakeland Christian School students in the event that no students from Heritage Baptist Church are awarded the scholarship. Recipients must also complete a Federal Application for Student Aid (FAFSA) and maintain a GPA of 2.5 or above if interested in this scholarship. The Financial Aid Director selects the recipients. One scholarship of approximately $2,000 is awarded per year.
