Established in 1998 by James and Lorna Spencer, this endowed scholarship was created to assist full-time students with demonstrated financial need. Candidates should submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) if interested in this scholarship. The Financial Aid Director selects the recipient.
