Joseph Award

Established in 2001 by David and Jean Heyd, this endowed scholarship was created to honor their parents Charles and E. LaRue Wilcox and Elmer and Kathryn Heyd. The scholarship assists a full-time junior male student who is pursuing an appropriate department of biblical education major for seminary training and who is planning to serve in the pastorate. The recipient must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.3 and demonstrate the spiritual qualifications and godly leadership skills necessary to excel in this ministry. Candidates should complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FASFA) if interested in the scholarship. The Department of Biblical and Ministry Studies faculty select the recipient.
