Kaiser Permanente College to Caring Program

In 2008, Kaiser Permanente Northwest founded the Health Care Career Scholarship Program to help students in Oregon and Southwest Washington achieve their dreams of becoming health care professionals. Since then, Kaiser Permanente Northwest has invested more than $3.6 million in the program, including scholarship awards totaling nearly $3.4 million.
 

Criteria:

  • College-bound high school seniors
  • Attend an eligible high school (see list on site).
  • Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 (weighted).
  • Are planning to pursue an education and career in an approved human health care field (see list at application website).
  • Plan to enroll in fall 2016 at a U.S. accredited college or university as a full-time, degree or certificate-seeking first-year student.
  • Proof of U.S. citizenship or legal permanent residency is not required.
