Eligibility Requirements

Students must:

  • come from an Hispanic background
  • be a Junior or Senior in college
  • be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • reside in Northern California
  • demonstrate financial need
  • have a GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in nursing

Students Selected Will Benefit from:

  • A full renewable scholarship, up to $8,000 to cover tuition, fees, books, supplies and a $2,000 annual stipend.
  • Summer internships at Kaiser Permanente facilities
  • Apply to win a trip to the nations capitol, Washington DC:
    • Have a chance to network with influential leaders and executives
    • Learn career skills through workshops and mentoring
    • Attend the Annual Hispanic College Fund Gala
  • Membership in the HCF Online Community, HCF Connections which includes:
