- The basic grant of $400 does not require the FAFSA and is available to any student whose parent or sibling is an alumus or who has a sibilng currently enrolled at Cedarville.
- To be considered for an increase in the grant award, the student must complete the FAFSA so that a 'need assessment' can be made.
- Need Assessment:
- Calculated by deducting the EFC (FAFSA calculation), federal grants, state grants, and institutional grants/scholarships from Basic Institutional Costs (tuition, room and board).
- This grant is awarded based on 'Remaining Financial Need.'
