Michigan Programs
The Michigan Merit Award is a merit-based program to reward students achievement as measured by the Michigan Educational Assessment Program (MEAP) tests. The award is to be used for educational expenses at approved postsecondary institutions. The award maximum is $1,000 for out-of-state institutions. Funding is determined yearly by the state government.
The MEAP award is available ONLY to students graduating from a Michigan high school from 2000-2006.
