National Science and Mathematics Access to Retain Talent Grant (SMART Grant)
This grant is for Pell-eligible students enrolled in their third or fourth year of undergraduate study. To qualify for the SMART Grant, the student must meet these criteria:
- Federal Pell Grant recipient
- U.S. citizen
- Enrolled full-time in a degree program in one of the following categories: computer science, engineering, critical foreign languages, life sciences, mathematics, physical sciences, technology, or multidisciplinary studies (For a complete listing of the approved majors, visit www.studentaid.ed.gov.)
- Collegiate GPA of 3.0 or higher
