Navy Nuclear Propulsion Officer Training Program
This scholarship is designed to assist individuals who are pursuing a career in engineering and would be willing to consider the armed services. There is a video that can be watched to further your understanding of this opportunity available in the FAO.
Focus:
The program has a broad base and is applicable to those students who are majoring in mechanical, electrical, or nuclear engineering. The program provides for ample opportunities for world travel, generous salaries, and a sense of achievement. Its goal is to provide early opportunities for participants to be able to attain high level leadership positions.
Awards:
- Students are awarded an $8,000 bonus immediately upon signing.
- Students are provided a living assistance of $2,000 per month until graduation. This adds up to $32,000 for the first year of undergraduate work.
