Established in 1982 by Karl and Vivian Lichtensteiger, this endowed scholarship was created to encourage freshman, sophomore, junior or senior students who are members of Pleasant View Baptist Church in Ohio City, Ohio. The first preference is given to members of Pleasant View Baptist Church in Ohio City, OH. The Director of Financial Aid selects the recipient.
