The Christian Education Scholarship

Established 2004 by Charles and Anita Petersen, this endowed scholarship was created to help exceptional students who are preparing to teach in Christian elementary and secondary institutions. Recipients must be pursing a bachelor's degree in the School of Education with accumulated student loan debt with a GPA of 3.3 or above. Recipients must also desire to teach in Christian elementary or secondary institutions and demonstrate exceptional ability in the field of teaching. Preference will be given to students who demonstrate financial need. A selection committee appointed by the University will select the recipients.
