The Cornelius Leadership Scholarship
Established in 2012, this endowed scholarship was created to assist a United States Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps (AFROTC) senior cadet who best exemplifies the qualities seen in Cornelius (Acts 10) and Micah 6:8. Candidates must complete a scholarship application (see Financial Aid office for PDF application) during the spring of their junior year, an AFROTC provided order of merit, and no more than two, one page letters of recommendation from a University AFROTC upperclassman, USAF active duty officer and University graduate or retired USAF commissioned officer if interested in the scholarship. The University AFROTC liaison will coordinate a selection committee including the University AFROTC cadre member and at least 2 other University faculty members either retired from the USAF or with prior active USAF.
