Hey! I was just wondering if you could sign up for the dorm you want to be in yet, and if you can, how do you sign up? Thank you!

Hi Karah,
Cedarville are currently moving to an online process so they're still transitioning, but your Admissions advisor will normally notify you (even if it's a generic email) when it's time for you to do do "Housing Selection". Like with what happens when it comes to registering for classes, the school will first focus on getting all the upperclassmen students sorted out, and then go to the lowerclassmen and then incoming students. The current students are only just beginning to do their housing selections, and then Cedarville will open it up for incoming students, I think in the summer. My advice; keep an eye on your "Check Points" on the Accepted Students (undergraduate) to see what the steps are (they follow a particular order, you normally have to have completed the check points before "Housing") - I think there's still a fair amount of time before you'll need to do housing, and don't let this worry you, you'll have lots of choice! The check points list is a *really* useful indicator for incoming students as it's updated regularly and your personal "status" will be shown on there, so you can see what's coming up and what the next deadline is. Of course, if you're ever unsure or just want to double-check; email your Admissions Advisor - all the Advisors are friendly and helpful, and will do all that they can to help with your arrival and beginnings of college!! Hope that helps!! |
