My daughter is an incoming freshman, and her grandmother and I will be driving her to school next week. We don't have room for a fridge in our car, so I was wondering if it's possible to buy one on-line and have it shipped directly to the campus. We can buy one while we're in the area, if necessary, but would rather order it to be sure to get exactly what she wants. Of course, we'd still have to figure out how to get it from the mail room to her dorm...
Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks! |

You should be able to do that - the post office receives packages too large to fit in our (tiny) mailboxes and sends us an e-mail to come pick them up. I've seen some pretty big packages in the post office, so I wouldn't think it would be a problem. Another option is just run up to Walmart in Xenia or Target or another store like that in Beavercreek or Springfield and get a fridge there after you've dropped off all her other things at the dorm.

Thanks! We'll shop when we get there, then.
