I was wondering, how competitive is the award and about how many students apply each year? Is it important to have lots of leadership roles and activities or to be focused on a few and spend more time on them? ecurwick Posts: 51 Joined: 11/11/2008	The award is definitely competitive; I know one guy who got it, but am not sure what he did in order to win. If it's like the other awards, they'll be looking for you to be a significant leader in whatever it is that you do. Even if it's just a few things, they'll definitely be looking at how much you put into each of them. ------------------------- Class of 2013 and a member of the facebook group. A little about me to anyone who's interested: My name is Elizabeth, I like music (singing and piano), running, bowling, reading, writing, and a number of other hobbies. I'm majoring in Math Ed with minors in Computer Science and Bible.
