I received a letter from Cedarville telling me to log into My FinancialAid to manage any scholarships I receive, but when I try to log in, a page open with an error message that says "Invalid security credentials." It then has a box below listing Username, IP Address, and Expiration. Is this a problem with the site or with my computer? If it's my computer, any ideas on how to fix it? I live in the Middle East at the moment . . . could that be affecting it?

yeah, I've been having that problem too. I though I was just being really blonde and not using the right password but apparently not. I have no clue how to fix it but at least your not the only one. Beky

I will check on this for you guys. My understanding is due to the fact your FAFSA has not been submitted, it will show that error message. Once you submit your FAFSA info, your data should come up. I will check to be sure.

I had this same issue when I wanted to check My Financial Aid this time last year as well. I sent an email to Cedarville, and it was forwarded to someone in computer services. I got a response back from a lady there saying "I have checked your account and it needed to have some updates. Now that it is taken care of you can log into your account without any problems." I'm not quite sure what that means, but it worked after that...

As a Canadian citizen who doesn't have a Social Security Number, I can't fill out a FAFSA, so I hope My FinancialAid isn't dependent on that. I'll try emailing someone at the university . . .
