I'm sitting in class having connection problems.

I tried everything I knew how to do, to no avail.

I emailed computer services describing my problem, asking for assistance; but I don't expect to hear back immediately.

What would be useful would be a "Live-Chat support" application that would allow students with problems to chat with computer services when they are having computer problems.

I dont know if you guys have the man power to have employees sitting around waiting for someone to ask a question, but perhaps there would be a way to provide this service without halting existing productivity.

I don't know if this is viable or not, but I like the idea at least.

What do you guys think?
