Create Venn Diagrams in PowerPoint

Using Powerpoint, you can create a Venn diagram which displays multiple sets (each represented by a circle).  You can change the colors and reposition the circles as you wish. These instructions are for Office 2007 and 2010.

How to create a venn diagram:

  1. Open your PowerPoint presentation > Select the slide you would like to insert the Venn diagram onto.
  2. Select the "Insert" tab > Choose "SmartArt" from the "Illustrations" group.
  3. Choose "Relationship" from the left panel. Choose one of the four venn diagram options at the bottom of the screen.
  4. Click [OK].
  5. Edit the diagram and labels as you wish.
