Google Calendar: Share Calendars

Follow these steps to share an existing calendar:

  1. Navigate to cedarville.edu/google.
  2. Click the “Calendar” link and enter your login information.
  3. Mouse over the name of the calendar you would like to share and click the drop-down arrow.
  4. Choose “Share this Calendar” from the resulting list.
  5. Under “Share with specific people,” begin typing the name or email address of the person you would like to share with into the “Person” field. Choose the person from the results.

  7. Click [Save] and then confirm by clicking [OK].

You can also set up sharing when you create new calendars. For information on creating new calendars, look at the Create New Calendars help page.
