GroupWise: Address Books - Create/Delete Email Groups

How can I do this in...Google, Outlook

Create a new email group

  1. Open GroupWise.
  2. Click [Address Book] on the far left side of the toolbar.  Your address books will display in a list on the left side of the window. 
  3. Right-click the Address book with your name on it > Choose "New Group."
  4. Name the group.

Delete old email groups

  1. Open GroupWise.
  2. Click [Address Book] on the far left side of the toolbar.
  3. All of your address books will display in a list on the left side of your screen.
  4. Double-click the address book with your name on it if you do not immediately see your groups listed under it.  


    This is probably where your groups are saved. If they do not display, look in the "Frequent Contacts" address book.

  5. Your groups will appear in a list, indicated by red/green person icons.
  6. Right-click the group you wish to delete.
  7. Select "Delete" > Click [Yes]. 
  8. The group and all of its contents will be deleted.
