GroupWise: Address Books - Discontinue Auto-Save Email Addresses to Frequent Contacts

If you find that your "Frequent Contacts" address book is filling up too quickly with email addresses that you rarely use, you can discontinue automatically saving all incoming/outgoing email addresses in the address book.

  1. Click [Address Book] on the left end of the toolbar. All of your address books will display on the left-hand-side.
  2. Right-click "Frequent Contacts" > Choose "Properties."
  3. Click the "Options" tab.
  4. Click the "Auto-saving off" radio button to discontinue saving addresses in "Frequent Contacts." 
  5. Click [OK].
