GroupWise: Address Books - Discontinue Auto-Save Email Addresses to Frequent Contacts
If you find that your "Frequent Contacts" address book is filling up too quickly with e-mail addresses that you rarely use, you can discontinue automatically saving all incoming/outgoing email addresses in the address book.
- Click [Address Book] on the left end of the toolbar. All of your address books will display on the left-hand-side.
- Right-click "Frequent Contacts" > Choose "Properties."
- Click the "Options" tab.
- Click the "Auto-saving off" radio button to discontinue saving addresses in "Frequent Contacts."
- Click [OK].
