Groupwise: Navigation Tabs Disappear

If you have missing navigation tabs and/or icons in your GroupWise inbox, follow these steps to restore your default settings:

  1. Open GroupWise.
  2. From the top menu, Click "Tools" > Choose "Options..."
  3. Double-click "Environment" > Click the "Appearance" tab.
  4. Click the "Schemes:" drop-down list > Choose "Default."
  5. Make sure that the following checkboxes are selected: "Display Main Menu," "Display Nav Bar," "Display Main Toolbar."
  6. Click [OK] > Click [Close].

All of the default settings and navigation should now be available to you.
