Groupwise: Display Images in HTML Emails
How can I do this in...Google, Outlook
Instead of pictures, do you see little red x's in your emails? Directly under the subject line, there is a message saying, "GroupWise has prevented images on this page from displaying. Click here to display images." A little balloon icon labeled "i" appears next to the message.
To display the images in this email only, simply click on the message "Click here to display images."
Display images permanently
To automatically display the images in every email, follow the steps below.
- Open GroupWise.
- Click "Tools" > "Options..."
- Double-click [Environment].
- Click the "Default Actions" tab.
- Under the "HTML external images" section, check the radio button labeled "Never show warning."
- Click [OK] > [Close].
Proceed with caution. GroupWise provides this feature for your protection. Removing the feature makes your email account more vulnerable to viruses.
