Missing Navigation Tabs or Folder List in GroupWise

If you open GroupWise and your folder list is missing, first try clicking on the "folder" icon in the upper right of your screen to restore your folder list.

If the Navigation tabs and or icons are missing, perform the following steps to restore your default settings:

  1. Open GroupWise
  2. Choose "Tools" from the top menu bar
  3. Choose "Options..." (a dialog box will open)
  4. Double-click on the "Environment" option
  5. Click on the "Appearances" tab
  6. Locate the "Schemes:" drop-down list and choose "Default"
  7. Make sure that the following checkboxes are checked "Display Main Menu", "Display Nav Bar", "Display Main Toolbar"
  8. Click the [OK] button
  9. Click [Close}

All of the default settings and navigation should now be available to you.
