Network Account or E-mail Locked
After three incorrect attempts to enter your username and password, you will be temporarily "locked" out of your account.
While your account is locked, you will be unable to access your network drive, files, Internet, and e-mail.
After 30 minutes, your account will automatically unlock. Please wait at least 30 minutes before trying to log in again.
If you need immediate access to your account, or if you have forgotten your username and/or password, please contact information technology Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm at (937) 766-7905 or x7905 from any campus phone. We are happy to help!
