Print Guidelines for PowerPoint Slides

Printing Instructions

The following are instructions on how to print PowerPoint slides 6 per page in grayscale to reduce printing costs:

1. Open the PowerPoint presentation.
2. Click the [File] tab > Choose "Print."
3. Locate the drop-down list under "Full Page Slides" > Choose "6 Slides Vertical."
4. Locate the tab that by defaults says "Color." Choose "Grayscale."
5. Under "Print what:," locate the "Color/grayscale" drop-down list > Choose "Grayscale."
6. Click [Print].
