Word 2007
For a Picture or ClipArt
- Select the picture.
- Click the red "Picture Tools" tab that will appear.
- Click the [Recolor] icon in the "Adjust" group and choose the desired setting.
Word 2003
For a Picture / Photograph
- From within the Microsoft program, open the Picture Toolbar (if it isn't open already) by selecting "View" > "Toolbars" > "Picture."
- Make sure your picture or photograph image is selected, then click the "Set Transparent Color" tool on the Picture Toolbar. (If this option is not available, follow the steps below for clipart instead.)

- Click the "Format Picture" tool on the Picture Toolbar.
- Select the "Colors and Lines" tab. Select the "Color" drop-down menu under the "Fill" section.

- Repeat steps 2 through 8 for each color you wish to change.
For ClipArt
