Masterworks Glorious Fusion Concert
Friday March 22, 2024 at 7 p.m.
The Department of Music and Worship will present "Glorious Fusion: Masterworks for Choir and Orchestra on Friday, March 22, 2024 at 7 p.m. in the James T. Jeremiah Chapel in the Dixon Ministry Center. This program will feature the Cedarville University Symphony Orchestra, Concert Chorale, and the Women's Choir under the direction of Maestro Peter Stafford Wilson, Music Director of the Springfield Symphony Orchestra.
Selections will include Beethoven's Coriolanus Overture and Halleluia from “Mount of Olives,” John Rutter's choral masterpiece "Gloria," selections from “Midsummer Night’s Dream” and "Elijah" by Felix Mendelssohn and the ethereal "Neptune" from Gustav Holst's “The Planets.”
Tickets may be purchased online by registering at the link below. You may also pay by credit card at the door prior to the concert beginning at 6 p.m. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, March 22, 2024.
