Student Account Statements
If you would like your son or daughter's monthly Student Account Statement as well as the Spring Invoice mailed to your home address (instead of your student's campus post office box), please ask your student to complete a "Financial Information Request Form." Forms are available in the Cashiers Office or online.
This form on file in the Cashiers Office satisfies the requirements of FERPA and also allows our cashiers to discuss financial transactions with you by phone or in person.
