This is a silver stain of a spinal cord in cross section, now with gray matter and ganglia more clearly visible. The anterior, lateral, and posterior gray horns are marked (A, L, and P).

Dorsal and ventral roots are shown here, as well as the dorsal root ganglion (DRG).
