My friend Jenn has been battling Crohn's disease for the past five years. She has not had much luck with most conventional treatments, either due to allergic reactions or severe side effects, and her doctors don't know what else to try. The other day, however, Jenn was accepted to a clinical study that will try a new stem cell treatment for Crohn's. It will be a long process involving chemo and more hospital time, but she is super excited about the prospect of finally feeling better. Pray for success in the treatment, for the doctors and researchers involved, and strength for Jenn and her family when times get tough! Thanks everybody!
