iTunes

  1. Right-click on the podcast link above and choose to Copy the link (Mac users should Control-click)
  2. Open iTunes [download]
  3. Click on Podcasts in the left navigation
  4. Choose Subscribe to Podcast from the Advanced menu
  5. Paste the copied link into the URL box and click the OK button to finish the subscription

Juice Receiver

  1. Right-click on the podcast link above and choose to Copy the link (Mac users should Control-click)
  2. Open Juice [download]
  3. Choose Add a Feed from the Tools menu
  4. Paste the copied link into the URL box and click the Save button to finish the subscription
  5. With the new feed highlighted, choose Check selected from the Tools menu to begin the download
