Married Student Housing – Cedar Park Apartments

Cedar Park is an apartment complex located off of State Route 72, about one mile south of the University's main campus. Cedar Park provides affordable housing in Cedarville for full time students who are married; therefore, this group of 21 apartments is reserved exclusively for married couples of which at least one spouse carries full time credit hours.
The apartments are typically available on a first come, first serve basis depending on the order in which applications are received. Cedar Park consists mostly of two-bedroom units. There are two three-bedroom units that are occasionally available.
Rent for Cedar Park is not included in the price of tuition. Monthly payments are made to the Cashier's Office in the lower level of the Stevens Student Center. Rent for two-bedroom units is $350.00 per month, and rent for three-bedroom units is $375.00 per month. Tenants are also required to pay for their own electricity, water, and gas heat on top of this monthly charge.
Interested students should contact the Cedar Park manager as soon as possible. The manager will then send an application that needs to be filled out and sent back to the management office at the Service Center. Once the application is received, the manager will place the prospective tenants' names on a waiting list and will contact them as soon as an apartment becomes available for the desired date. Units are typically ready up to two weeks before the future tenants' wedding date, but we cannot guarantee this in every situation.
A month-to-month contract is required for the apartments, and tenants are responsible for giving at least thirty days notice before vacating a unit. Students are allowed to remain in Cedar Park for up to one month from the last day of the semester in which full time status is held.
