About the Theatre Design Minor

The theatre design minor will equip you to create effective, pleasing scenery, lighting, and costumes to complement theatre productions. This minor must be combined with a major (in any field) in order to graduate with your bachelor’s degree and be fully prepared for your chosen career path.

Theatre Scholarships

We are proud to offer Theatre Scholarships to new theatre majors, ranging from $1,000–$2,000. Awards are based on your audition or design portfolio review, theatrical experience, academic merit, and financial need.

Trustees Name Future Business Center, Approve New Faculty and Increase Scholarships for New Students

At its October 3 meeting, the Cedarville University board of trustees approved the naming of the new Lorne C. Scharnberg Business Center, reviewed and updated new student scholarships, added three new members to its board ranks, approved 10 faculty hires, and authorized construction of a storage warehouse.
