Georgeann GeorgesCulligan International

Georgeann Georges is vice president of global operations for Culligan International, a $2 billion enterprise which provides water softeners, conditioners, and bottled water services worldwide. Georges leads Culligan’s operations in China, Canada, and Illinois as she oversees manufacturing, logistics and distribution, technical services, program management, and quality.

Prior to joining Culligan, Georgeann was vice president and general manager for Sears, where she managed a $1.5 billion service organization with more than 20,000 employees.

Her credentials include a B.S. degree in production management, a master’s degree in business administration, and certifications in APICS, Six Sigma, NICET, CPIM, and industrial engineering.

Georgeann has written several articles on home maintenance and repair regarding women, mobile workforces, and technology integration. In addition, she has served in consulting capacities for Whirlpool®, Therma-Tru Doors, Pacesetter Capital, and firms wishing to conduct business in Asia and Europe.

Georgeann lives in Darien, Illinois, with her husband, Gale. Her two children are college students.
