Daniel B. GreenKB Home

Daniel B. Green is a regional vice president of land acquisition for KB Home, one of the nation’s largest homebuilding companies. As regional vice president, he oversees land operations in the state of Florida.

Daniel joined KB Home in 2003 as senior vice president of land for the Orlando division, where he was responsible for land acquisition, planning, development, and government affairs. Prior to joining KB Home, he spent 18 years in management roles with Richland Properties, an entrepreneurial real estate investment firm that develops planned communities in Florida, Texas, and California. His positions at Richland ranged from controller to chief operating officer. In addition, Daniel has served as accounting manager for Eckerd Pharmacy. He began his career as an auditor with Ernst & Young.

Daniel is a 1980 graduate of Cedarville University, where he earned a B.A. in accounting and biblical studies. He holds an M.B.A. from Syracuse University and is a Certified Public Accountant. A resident of Lakeland, Florida, he and his wife, Julie (Hutchins), have four children: Matthew (a Cedarville graduate), Joel (a Cedarville senior), Timothy, and Jenna.
