Charles Clevenger

Biography

As a watercolorist and concert pianist, Dr. Clevenger has combined careers in music and art. He has served on the faculty of Cedarville University for 33 years, and he is the lead faculty member in Cedarville’s flagship general education course, Introduction to the Humanities. He has also taught watercolor in the art program. Dr. Clevenger was voted Faculty Member of the Year by the student body in 2002, was recently awarded the Allen Monroe Integration Award, and, along with Dr. David Mills, holds the CU Excellence in Collaborative Teaching prize.
