Interests

Why I'm at Cedarville: I wanted to work at Cedarville because I knew the Lord was calling me here. During my first few years working as a bedside nurse, I never considered the possibility of working in education. However, the Lord quickly began to work in me and change my heart, and I soon desired to teach nursing to others. He began to open doors and direct me toward a master's program, which then led me back to Cedarville to teach. Proverbs 27:17 states,"As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another." I find this to be a wonderful way to describe the environment I find here at Cedarville, as we encourage each other toward Christ and living our lives with Kingdom purpose.
