AJ Oliver

I am a P1 student and am currently living in Dayton, Ohio. As a military child my roots are in Central Florida. I have been in discipleship groups, worked as a tutor, worked as a Getting Started Leader, and played intramural sports. I enjoy playing basketball in my free time as well as chilling with my friends and going out to meet new people in new places. I am currently a member of the org APhA and look forward to upcoming opportunities to promote diversity to the Cedarville Pharmacy Program. I currently work at Rite Aid pharmacy. I am still deciding what kind of pharmacist I want to be after I graduate.

Why Cedarville?

I chose Cedarville because I wanted a Christian school that provided an excellent education. The School of Pharmacy at Cedarville offers this and more with a program that provides faculty and staff that deeply care about how students do academically. The program also gives students multiple opportunities to serve outside Cedarville and in surrounding communities. I went to Cedarville seeking to become a well-rounded person and that is what I pray I am becoming.

I highly suggest you visit the school at least once to see if Cedarville is a place you feel you will be able to accomplish your goals. If so, then talk to a student, especially a pharmacy student, currently attending Cedarville who you can associate yourself. It also wouldn't hurt to link up with that person who is doing the same major as you and is in the same year as you. And if you have any concerns or questions about student life in the pharmacy program, don't be hesitant to talk to me!
