May Term May 8 - May 25 Residential session for continuing students, incoming freshmen, transfers, and visiting students. Most courses meet Gen. Ed. requirements. Check the course schedule for class dates. March 19
June Session June 11 - June 22 Meets on campus. Continuing students and visiting students attend. Contains Summer Studies for high school students. Registration ends May 28. March 19
Online Courses May 29 - August 17 Online courses for continuing students, incoming freshmen, College Now, transfers, and visiting students. March 19
Non-traditional May 7 - August 17 Out of class, internship, independent study for continuing students. March 19
International Programs May 7 - August 17 Cedarville courses in the United States and abroad taught by Cedarville professors and open to all Cedarville students. Varies

2018 Cost Information

Tuition and room and board

  • May Term, June Session, Non-traditional, International Programs -$776 per credit hour
  • Online Courses - $665 per credit hour. Online courses are subject to a $35 per credit hour technology fee. 
  • On-campus room/board (meals) - $237 per week

Payment Schedule

Payment for Summer courses is due over three dates: May 7, June 1, July 2. International Programs is due May 7. 

Summer School Financial Aid Application

Registration

Continuing students may register for May Term, June Session, and Online Courses during fall registration. Use the out of class course form from the Office of the Registrar (SSC 132) to register for Non-traditional Courses. New students may register upon acceptance to the university and payment of the reservation deposit by contacting the Office of the Registrar.

Online Courses - Tuesday, May 28, through Friday, August 16, 2019
