MaySession May 7 - May 24 Residential session for continuing students, incoming freshmen, transfers, and visiting students. Most courses meet Gen. Ed. requirements. Check the course schedule for class dates. March20
June Session June 17 - June 28 Meets on campus. Continuing students and visiting students attend. Contains College Now Summer Scholars for high school students. Registration ends May 28. March 20
Online Courses May 28 - August 16 Online courses for continuing students, incoming freshmen, College Now, transfers, and visiting students. March 20
Non-traditional May 6 - August 16 Out of class, internship, independent study for continuing students. March 20
International Programs May 6 - August 16 Cedarville courses in the United States and abroad taught by Cedarville professors and open to all Cedarville students. Varies

2019 Cost Information

Tuition and room and board

  • May Session, June Session, Non-traditional, International Programs -$803 per credit hour
  • Online Courses - $688 per credit hour. Online courses are subject to a $35 per credit hour technology fee. 
  • On-campus room/board (meals) -$246 per week 

Payment Schedule

Payment for Summer courses is due over three dates: May 6, June 1, July 1. International Programs is due April 26. 

Summer Term Financial Aid Application


Continuing students may register for May Session, June Session, and Online Courses during fall registration, which occurs after Spring Break. Use the out of class course form from the Office of the Registrar (SSC 132) to register for Non-traditional Courses. New students may register upon acceptance to the university and payment of the reservation deposit by contacting the Office of the Registrar.
