Robert L. Clements serves as associate professor of theatre. He holds a B.A. from Bob Jones University (1970), a M.Ed. from Wright State University (1983) and continues graduate work at The Ohio State University and Wright State University. He is a member of the United Institute of Theatre Technology and CITA (Christians in the Arts) at the Association for Theater Higher Education. He has over forty years of experience in directing and theatrical design. His extensive expertise has made him the ideal program coordinator for theatre at Cedarville, where he directs and is involved in set and lighting design. His award-winning scenic, lighting, and costume designs have been used on church, high school, and university stages. He teaches Introduction to Theatre, Introduction to Technical Theatre, Play Production, Scenic Design, Lighting Designs, and Scenic Painting. Professor Clements has been at Cedarville since 2003.
